Tully Construction Co., Inc. and its Affiliates, maintain a large inventory of the most up to date construction equipment, from payloaders to cranes, backhoes to bulldozers. Because the Tully owns and services the majority of their equipment, the Company can avoid unnecessary delays and downtime that can jeopardize scheduling. Tully’s staff of Equipment Managers employ strict preventive maintenance schedules to ensure that all equipment is safe and reliable. Tully continually re-invests in its fleet of machinery and equipment to ensure safety, efficiency and productivity.

Tully Safety Program

Safety at the job sites is a primary concern for the Company. Tully Management and personnel are dedicated to maintaining a safe work environment and are committed to completing every job with zero accidents. Tully employs a team of highly-trained, experienced, safety experts with backgrounds in civil engineering, industrial hygiene and enforcement. The Company’s safety program includes quarterly meetings and publications to update supervisors on the latest OSHA requirements and programs. These initiatives have allowed Tully to lower its Worker’s Compensation EMR over the past 3 years.

Tully has evolved into a full service Construction Company – one that is unparalleled in its skill, expertise and diversity. The Tully team can develop performance oriented scheduling and detailed phasing to ensure that all of its projects operate efficiently. Tully’s engineers routinely examine designs and plans for constructability. The team of engineers may suggest alternate systems know as “Value Engineering” to reduce the time schedule and/or the budget without compromising quality. Tully’s Estimating Department utilizes the latest in estimating software as well as an in-house computerized data bank of materials that include equipment and labor costs, to effectively and competitively quote all types of projects.
