For more than eight decades the Tully family of businesses has brought safety, quality and productivity to the heavy highway and bridge construction industry. Today more than 80 years after Edward Tully and Pete DiNapoli formed Tully & DiNapoli, Tully Construction is still a family owned and operated business, now being managed by the third generation of the Tully family. Tully Construction has enjoyed a constant growth since it started operation in earnest in 1988 as a highway contractor. This road to success has been built with ingenuity, workmanship and competitive pricing. The key factors in the growth and stability of the business are its young, aggressive management team. This team has grown up in the industry and applies a cost effective and timely approach to the completion of each project. A business is only as good as its people and this is especially true in the construction industry. Our project management and Engineering team has diversified Tully Construction from specializing in heavy highway, bridge and airport construction to constructing a wide range of infrastructure and environmental projects. This includes landfill construction, sewage treatment and dewatering facilities, Subway restoration, soil remediation, a variety of building construction projects and construction management. In addition to these operations, the waste management arm of the family is now operated by Tully Environmental which is actively engaged in the development of their composting facilities, solid waste transfer stations and construction material recycling facilities. The Tully team is geared to handle fast track complex projects. Our group of energetic and efficient project managers has one primary goal. The desire to achieve success by following the policies of the corporation and by performing quality work in the safest, most economical manner.
